Photon-Assisted Tunneling in Double Quantum Dot: Application of Scattering Theory

We theoretically examine the photon-assisted tunneling (PAT) in a double quantum dot (DQD) in parallel when one of the quantum dots (QDs) is irradiated by an AC field.
