Lorentz-Violating (Regular) Black Holes in Einstein Gravity

We introduce a minimally coupled dark sector based on a nonlinear electrodynamics to generate regular spacetime textures that interpolate from a regular core to an asymptotic Lorentz-violating conical geometry.
