High-fidelity EDSR in Si/SiGe Wiggle Wells

Si/SiGe quantum wells that incorporate Ge concentration oscillations, known as long-period Wiggle Wells, have previously been shown to enhance the Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling (SOC) of conduction-band electrons.
